This Repertory is a prerequisite for comparative studies.

The objective is to identify useful reference documents:

1. Documents related to institutions, to legislations, and to management practices
2. International normative documents (conventions, recommendations, charters, etc.).
3. Preference to documents available via the Internet.
4. Special attention to the Mediterranean and the partner countries.

The Repertory can not be regarded as a comprehensive bibliography, and aims to be "open": it will be regularly supplemented by new data collected during the work.
