Procurement Guidelines

If the Beneficiary or a Partner have to stipulate a service, supply or work contract with a third party, during the implementation of the contract, it must respect Annex IV of the General Condition and the “Rules and procedure for services, supplies and works contracts financed from the general budget of the EC in the context of cooperation with third countries”. The Part V of the document is exclusively dedicated to the procurement procedures to be used by grant beneficiaries.
