In the framework of the Euromed Heritage II programme, the RMSU will recruit short term experts to carry out technical assistance missions, monitoring and training activities in specific sectors. These missions will cover various issues, including project Cycle Management, Cultural heritage Policies, Web management, Communication Strategy etc. Experts will be selected on the basis of an ad hoc internal roster that will be constantly updated.
Candidates wishing to be included in the roster must satisfy the following general conditions:
- hold a higher education diploma (degree or masters level) or secondary school leaving certificate
- possess a minimum of three years’ professional experience in their areas of expertise
- be proficient in at least one of the following two languages: English or French
Interested candidates may apply at any time.
Applications will be examined for their compliance with the selection criteria and in the light of the specific requirements of each mission. TORs will be made available via RMSU web site once a specific mission is planned. The list will be used according to technical assistance needs and depending on the availability and technical and professional capacities (experience and training) of experts. The RMSU will then decide to contact them. They may be notified of the starting date of the services required at short notice (from a few weeks to three months).
